Yamil Miranda

Born 1982, this young photographer for about 8 years ago, discovers his passion for photography and based his studio in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Currently persuing a Masters in Publicity and International Merchandising, also have a BA degree in Commercial Publicity. His main focus is in the areas of editorial, commercial and Still photography. Have worked in local fashion magazines like Imagen, Buena Vida, Agenda de Novia, Ego: Fashion & Style, and collaborated with Nocturno among other publications. Miranda has received awards two year in a row in fashion category by the AFPPR (Asociación de Fotoperiodistas de Puerto Rico). He also has a distingue client’s list in public relations and live events.

Currently he is a freelance with a strong aptitude for still (Film) and editorial photography, intensely interested in any kind of commercial photography, and is looking for an freelance or full time positions. Currently located San Juan, PR but willing to travel or relocate. Hard working, and incredibly intrigued by anything visual, willing to work long hours, and wanting to keep learning.
